Job Summary:

TalentsAll is looking for a dynamic and creative Communications Executive to strengthen our brand presence across online and offline channels. You will be responsible for managing our digital platforms, coordinating with media, and supporting leadership in public engagements to ensure consistent and professional brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management: Maintain and develop the company’s official website with up-to-date content, ensuring consistent branding, tone, and professionalism.

• Social Media Management: Oversee company fanpages and online groups; plan content, monitor engagement, and drive growth across platforms.

• Event Support: Assist company managers in preparing for external speaking events or conferences, including writing presentations, preparing slides, and briefing materials.

• Media Coordination: Liaise with journalists and media outlets to coordinate interviews, press releases, and media features involving company leadership.

• Content Strategy: Ensure that all published content reflects the company’s values and voice, with a high standard of professionalism and clarity.

• Branding Enhancement: Provide insights and recommendations to improve the company’s branding and overall communication strategy.

• Performance Measurement: Track and analyze communication performance metrics across channels to assess effectiveness.

• Propose Improvements: Continuously seek out and suggest ways to optimize content, brand positioning, and media impact.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or related fields

• Strong understanding of branding, digital media, and content creation

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines

• Creative thinker, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
