Job Description:
As a Recruitment and Consulting Executive at TalentsAll, you will play a crucial role in shaping the talent landscape and providing strategic HR solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Talent Acquisition/Headhunting: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients, from defining job requirements to sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. Utilize various recruitment channels and techniques to attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR challenges and providing tailored consulting services to address their needs. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and project pitches to showcase our solutions.
3.  Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging HR technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the talent market.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Full time working.
● 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or a related field. OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES.
● Strong knowledge/interest of HR principles, practices, and trends.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
● Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required, additional proficiency in other languages (Chinese, Korean, Japanese) is a plus.
