BD & Account Manager (Business Development and Account Management)

Job Purpose

Responsible for expanding TalentsAll’s client portfolio, managing key accounts, and ensuring successful delivery of recruitment solutions. The BD & AM acts as a bridge between clients and internal consultant teams to achieve both sales and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

A. Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and develop new corporate clients (local & foreign companies).

  • Research market trends to propose new industry segments or talent solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.

  • Negotiate contracts, service fees, and terms of cooperation.

  • Build long-term business relationships with HR Directors, CEOs, and hiring managers.

B. Account Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients.

  • Understand client hiring needs, company culture, and job requirements.

  • Work closely with consultant / researcher team to ensure timely and high-quality candidate delivery.

  • Monitor recruitment process, manage client feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain and update CRM data, revenue forecast, and activity reports.

C. Performance & Collaboration

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operation teams to improve branding and service quality.

  • Represent TalentsAll in networking events, job fairs, and partnership meetings.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in headhunting / HR services / B2B sales / client service.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
