Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development team in researching potential clients (local and international).

• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations in English.

• Help maintain and update client databases and business reports.

• Join client meetings and HR networking events when required.

• Coordinate with recruiters to ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

• Learn practical skills in client relationship management and recruitment business operations.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, HR, Marketing, English, or related fields.

• Strong English skills – able to communicate confidently via email, meetings, and presentations.

• Excellent research, organization, and teamwork abilities.

• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Passionate about HR, recruitment, and B2B business development.
