Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients (Vietnamese and international).

• Identify business opportunities, approach potential clients, and promote TalentsAll’s recruitment services.

• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are well understood and fulfilled.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements in English.

• Participate in client meetings, networking events, and industry-related activities to expand the company’s business network.

• Track and report business performance to management regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related fields.

• At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (preferably in a headhunting or B2B service environment).

• Excellent English communication skills — confident in emailing, presentations, and client meetings.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.

• High sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and growth mindset.
