Position: Senior Full Stack Developer
Location: Cau Giay District, Hanoi
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday

1. Position Overview

The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing AI-powered web applications. This role works closely with AI/Chatbot systems, contributes to system architecture decisions, and ensures high-quality, scalable code delivery within a cloud-based environment.

The position plays a key role in building intelligent applications while supporting continuous improvement, performance optimization, and technical excellence.

2. Senior Full Stack Developer Key Responsibilities

2.1 Development & Maintenance

• Develop, maintain, and enhance AI Builder and Chatbot web applications.

• Participate in new feature development and system maintenance using:

  • Node.js

  • ReactJS

  • Python

  • PostgreSQL

• Support Voice of Customer (VoC)–related enhancements and improvements.

• Perform code refactoring, optimization, and apply clean code practices.

• Conduct code reviews, inspections, and continuous quality improvement.

2.2 System & Infrastructure

• Build and maintain cloud-based systems and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

• Support application deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.

• Manage source code and configuration using Git/GitHub.

2.3 Technical Collaboration & Teamwork

• Participate in requirement analysis, technical documentation, and Agile development processes.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.

• Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members when required.

3. Senior Full Stack Developer – Requirements

3.1 Must Have

• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Node.js, ReactJS, JavaScript

  • Python

• Experience working with:

  • AI / LLM / RAG / Vector Databases

  • Chatbot or AI-based applications

• Solid understanding of:

  • Web technologies (HTML, CSS)

  • Cloud platforms

  • CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)

• Experience with:

  • System analysis and technical documentation

  • Agile / Scrum development methodologies

• Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication skills and a proactive working attitude.

• High sense of responsibility and ownership.

3.2 Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS.

• Experience in Generative AI or AI Agent development.

• Team leadership or technical leadership experience.
