3. Role Overview

The Korean Sales Manager is a key B2B role responsible for driving business growth for Process Automation products, focusing primarily on Korean electronics manufacturers operating in Vietnam.

This position combines technical sales expertise with relationship management, acting as a central coordinator between customers, factories, service teams, parts sales, and local agents to ensure seamless project execution and long-term partnerships.


4. Korean Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities

4.1 Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve assigned revenue targets for Process Automation products.

  • Identify and maximize sales opportunities within Korean electronics manufacturers in Vietnam.

4.2 Key Account & Relationship Management

  • Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with Korean B2B customers.

  • Enhance customer retention through proactive communication and solution-oriented engagement.

4.3 Technical Sales & Solution Consulting

  • Provide technical consultations, product demonstrations, and customized solutions during the sales cycle.

  • Support customers with technical explanations related to PCB assembly systems and smart factory solutions.

4.4 Commercial Negotiation & Coordination

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and lead negotiations on pricing, delivery, and after-sales terms.

  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (factory, service team, parts sales, agents) to ensure smooth project delivery.

4.5 Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

4.6 Marketing & Promotion Support

  • Participate in seminars, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events to support marketing and brand visibility.


5. Korean Sales Manager – Job Requirements

5.1 Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in electronics, automation, or industrial solutions.

5.2 Technical & Language Skills

  • Understanding of PCB assembly systems, factory automation, or smart manufacturing solutions is a strong advantage.

  • Native Korean speaker with strong English communication skills.

5.3 Core Competencies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a multicultural environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally overseas.
