About the Company
A foreign-invested manufacturing company specializing in high-performance composite
materials, serving global clients in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and industrial

operates modern production facilities in Vietnam and is continuously expanding to meet growing
international demand.
1. Key Responsibilities
● Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical reports
● Review product & tooling design from process perspective
● Lead process implementation and documentation (WI, SOP, etc.)
● Ensure on-time sample delivery and process readiness
● Troubleshoot and optimize processes during trial and pilot runs
● Support handover to production team and monitor initial runs
● Collect data and maintain lesson-learned database
● Participate in R&D and continuous improvement activities
2. Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical field
● Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks (2D/3D)
● Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP
● Understanding of composite materials and lay-up process
● Good English communication skills
● Strong teamwork and problem-solving ability
3. Benefits & Info
● Salary: 20 – 25M gross
● Working time: Monday – Friday
