About the Company

Key Responsibilities
● Evaluate tooling feasibility during RFQ stage
● Design and review molds/jigs for processes such as layup, trimming, gluing,
cooling, and assembly
● Optimize tooling design to improve manufacturability and usability
● Develop tooling instructions and training guidelines
● Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues in production
● Conduct DFMEA and maintain lesson-learned database
● Collaborate with process and product engineers during development
● Support R&D projects in technical department
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred)
● Minimum 3 years of experience in mold design
● Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
● Proficient in NX (surface design)
● Experience in composite manufacturing is a plus
● Problem-solving mindset and teamwork skills
