Position Summary
The NPI Project Leader is responsible for leading New Product Introduction projects. This role involves managing the transition from customer requirements to mass production by overseeing the project lifecycle, including budget, timing, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Customer Liaison: Communicate with Key Account Managers (KAM) or customers to clarify all specific requirements.

● Project Initiation: Organize internal kick-off meetings, build Cross-Functional Teams (CFT), and ensure effective information transfer regarding targets and timing.

● Process Control: Manage the project process, including budget oversight, sourcing, and adherence to timelines.

● Technical Management:

○ Oversee the entire project APQP process.

○ Collect and submit all necessary PPAP files.

○ Control the engineering change process initiated by the customer.

● Communication & Reporting: * Facilitate internal communication with CFT members.

○ Provide regular project status reports to the Managing Director.

○ Support customer audits as required.

● Risk & Support: Implement risk management strategies and provide continued support after Start of Production (SOP).

Recruitment Requirements

● Experience: Previous experience in project management is required.

● Technical Skills:

○ Mandatory experience applying the 5 Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP).

○ Working knowledge of IATF 16949.

○ Knowledge of the carbon fiber industry is highly preferred.

● Soft Skills:

○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

○ Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

Employment Information & Benefits

● Reporting Line: Reports to the Technical Section Manager.

● Subordinates: None (N/A).

● Salary: 45M Gross (includes OT).

● Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:20 AM – 4:48 PM (Early leave at 4:00 PM on Fridays).

● Transportation: Company shuttle support available from:

○ Bien Hoa: 6:00 AM.

○ Thu Duc Crossroad / Cantavil: 6:30 AM.

○ Ba Ria (Center): 5:55 AM.
