2, Position Overview

Location: Vietnam
Type: Full-time

As a Recruitment and Consulting Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping the talent landscape while providing strategic, high-impact HR solutions to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, people-oriented individual who’s ready to make a difference in the HR industry.

3, Key Responsibilities

3.1. Talent Acquisition & Headhunting

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: from identifying client needs to sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier candidates.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and platforms to build talent pipelines.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

3.2. Client Engagement

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted HR advisor.
  • Conduct meetings, solution presentations, and project pitches to understand and address client needs.

3.3. Market Research & HR Insights

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and HR tech developments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research and competitor analysis.

4. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or related areas — Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • A strong passion for HR, talent acquisition, and people development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; knowledge of additional languages (Chinese, Korean, Japanese) is a plus.
