DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead a 4-member team and manage account managers to achieve sales targets aligned with the company’s long-term growth strategy in Vietnam.

• Actively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with enterprise customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

• Work closely with customers, partners, and internal delivery teams to win deals and ensure successful project execution with high customer satisfaction.

• Drive strategic sales initiatives within key industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, and Government.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree or above.

• 6+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing in IT sector.

• Solid understanding of AI, Cloud, MES, RPA, and related digital transformation solutions, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to customers.

• Proven ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with clients.

• Strong network and relationships within BFSI and Large Enterprise customers.

• Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, and influencing.

• Fluent in English.
