Job Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain clear Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP) for metal components.

• Review and verify incoming inspection results, identify abnormalities, and ensure proper disposition.

• Coordinate daily Incoming Quality Control (IQC) activities to support production schedules and material availability.

• Manage non-conforming materials, investigate quality issues, and work closely with suppliers to implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitor and follow up on material complaints from production, ensuring timely resolution and effectiveness of corrective measures.

• Collaborate with suppliers to continuously improve the quality and reliability of metal components.

• Encourage and evaluate improvement suggestions from IQC inspectors; implement feasible improvements and escalate major issues to management.

• Conduct supplier evaluations, including new supplier qualification and periodic supplier audits.

• Review and validate non-conformance reports, verify root cause analysis, and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.

Recruitment Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering major.

• 3-5 years of related experience (supplier quality or quality engineering), preferably in the automotive business and composites field.

• Knowledge of quality system requirements for IATF16949/ 5 core tools, 8D Report. Internal quality auditor, lean is a plus.

• Knowledge of quality inspection and quality assurance techniques, theories, principles, technical drawings and GD&T.

• Strong at supplier evaluation and management

• Good English communication skills.

• Good Microsoft Office skills.

• Salary: 25M gross

• Working time: Monday – Friday, 7:20 – 16h48 (leave office at 16h on Friday)

• Transportation support: Bien Hoa at 6:00AM; Cantavil, Thu Duc Crossroad at 6:30AM; Ba Ria first point: 5:55AM (Trung tâm Thương mại Bà Rịa)
