About the Company

Key Responsibilities
● Provide process input and technical support during RFQ stage
● Conduct product feasibility studies and prepare related reports
● Develop process flow, IE estimation, and manufacturing data
● Participate in design review (product & tooling) from process perspective
● Prepare samples and support trial builds, collect data for evaluation
● Create and maintain working instructions, BOM, and technical documents
● Support pilot run and handover to production/launch team
● Evaluate engineering changes (ECR) and update lesson-learned database
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
● 3 years of experience as Process Engineer (Automotive/Manufacturing)
● Knowledge of 5 Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
● Understanding of 7 QC tools and IATF 16949
● Experience with 2D/3D design software
● Good English communication and teamwork skills
