Key responsibilities:

• Manage the technical team (presale, postsale), ensuring the quality of their work throughout various processes.
• Assign and organize personnel, coordinate among departments, evaluate, and recruit technical staff for the Hanoi office.
• Handle management-level issues (large projects, executive-level discussions, interactions with key partners and clients).
• Research and assess the feasibility and necessity of new technology products and solutions that align with the company’s development strategy.
• Report directly to the CTO.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  Fluent in English.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and team management skills.
• Experience managing a team of at least 5–7 members in companies within a similar field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in networking and information security.
  Solid understanding of information security systems as defined in Decree 85/2016/NĐ-CP.
• Strong knowledge of PCI-DSS and ISO 27000 series certifications is an advantage.
• Good understanding of SOC systems and experience in SOC deployment/operations is a plus.
• Possession of the following certifications will be a bonus: CISSP, CISM, GIAC Security Expert (GSE).
