2, About the Role

This is not a “supporting” internship. It is a structured internship position designed to help you become a professional Talent Consultant.

You will:

• Learn recruitment from foundation to advanced level

• Work on real client projects (under guidance)

• Receive structured coaching & weekly feedback

• Be evaluated for full-time Consultant promotion

You are not expected to know everything from Day 1. You are expected to learn fast and grow consistently.

3, Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Foundation (Month 1–2)

• Learn how to understand job descriptions and hiring needs

• Support candidate sourcing on LinkedIn and job platforms

• Assist in CV screening and candidate data management

• Observe interviews and client meetings

Phase 2: Skill Building (Month 2-3)

• Conduct phone screenings with guidance

• Write candidate summaries and evaluation reports

• Support interview coordination

• Join internal strategy discussions

Phase 3: Consultant Track (If Qualified)

• Handle assigned positions independently

• Present shortlisted candidates to clients

• Participate in offer discussion support

• Build your own candidate pipeline

4, Requirements

• Final-year student in Hanoi (ready for full-time conversion if qualified)

• Good English skills

• Curious about business & people

• Comfortable speaking with professionals

• Responsible, growth-oriented, and coachable

No prior recruitment experience required. What matters is mindset and learning ability
