Job Description:
– Seek, approach, and exploit new customers and business opportunities, with a special focus on Japanese clients.
– Develop and execute sales plans.
– Build and develop the sales team
– Analyze market trends, plan, and propose implementation strategies.
Requirements:
– Experience in sales within the outsourcing sector in the Japanese market..
– Business-level Japanese proficiency is essential.
– Responsible, passionate about sales, friendly, cheerful, energetic, proactive, and not averse to repetitive tasks.
– Clear and confident communication skills, good presentation skills, and a learning mindset.
– Open to both candidates in Vietnam and Japan, and both Vietnamese and Japanese nationals.
